Sessions are available in person at our Stamford wellness center or online via Zoom. Session Options Initial Hypnotherapy Session (2 hours) – Your first session is a comprehensive experience where we explore your goals, address any concerns, and tailor a hypnosis plan to fit your needs. This session sets the foundation for lasting transformation. Follow-Up Hypnotherapy Session (1 hour) – Reinforce your progress with a customized session focused on reinforcing positive changes, deepening your transformation, and addressing any new challenges. Spiritual or Past Life Regression (2 hours) – Whether you're a new or returning client, we take extra time to explore spiritual hypnosis, including past life regression, life-between-lives exploration, and higher guidance sessions. These sessions can provide clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of your soul’s journey. Children’s Hypnotherapy (Ages 4-12, 30- 45 minutes) – A gentle, engaging session tailored to help children overcome fears, build confidence, improve focus, improve sports performance, and develop positive habits in a way that feels safe and comfortable for them.
